Returns & Exchanges:
The Stay or Go Workbook is non-returnable. If you ordered a digital workbook and there is a problem with your order, please let us know using the contact form. IF YOUR DIGITAL ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED within 10 minutes of your order PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER BEFORE CONTACTING US.
If your paperback workbook arrives damaged for some reason we will provide an exchange if you send us verifiable pictures of the damaged product within 60 days of delivery. Please contact us using the contact form below.
Delivery:
If you order a print workbook, this order is shipped and fulfilled by Ingram Publishing. Because it is a PRINT ON DEMAND product it can take UP TO TWO WEEKS TO ARRIVE at your location. We will send the package tracking information to you via email when it is released from the printer.
If there is a problem with the print or shipment of your paperback workbook, please let us know using the contact form and we will try to resolve it with the publisher. As a small family business, this is VERY MUCH PREFERRED to simply filing a complaint with your credit card servicer.
We will work to resolve all issues because we want you get the workbook and get on with your life!
Data Use:
We will never sell or otherwise share your personal contact or billing information. By purchasing a product or signing up for our email list, your data and personal information will be recorded by the companies used to complete these action such as our website host, email list manager, and payment processor, which each have their own data and privacy policies. If you sign up for our email list, we will send you emails! You can click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email any time.
